REACH Museum Class & Event Policies
Preregistration Required
All classes and workshops require preregistration with payment. Drop-ins cannot be accommodated due to limited space and materials.
Refunds & Transfers
- Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the class or event.
- Within 7 days, registrations may be transferred to another student or credited toward a future class (subject to availability).
- No-shows without notice are not eligible for refunds or credit.
Member Pricing
Discounted rates are available to current REACH Members only. Member last name or membership number is required for verification. If membership cannot be verified, the non-member price will apply.
Attendance
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time to allow for check-in.
- An adult must remain onsite for students in grades 1–5.
- Students are expected to follow staff instructions and participate respectfully.
Health & Safety
- The REACH Museum follows all applicable local health and safety guidelines.
- Please notify staff of any allergies, medical conditions, or accommodations needed at the time of registration.
- The museum may remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe or disruptive, without refund.
Photography & Media
During programs, staff may take photos or videos for use in REACH Museum communications. Families may decline permission during checkout.
