The Reach Foundation, the REACH Museum, and the local community have lost one of their most cherished community members, as well as an incredible human being.
Maureen Kae Hamilton was a steadfast volunteer and supporter of the REACH Museum and was engaged in a variety of volunteer activities, including acting as a docent and helping with education programs. Maureen was inspired to support the REACH Museum not only by her love of STEAM but also by Hanford’s rich culture and history.
We have lost more than simply another volunteer; we have lost a beloved friend for those of us who had the good fortune to know Maureen and to have worked at the museum volunteering alongside her.
Maureen leaves a legacy of uncompromising dedication to charitable giving.
