Daniel Boyd: A Philanthropic Leader in Finance and Community Advocacy
Daniel Boyd has been an invaluable asset to the Reach Foundation and the Richland Public Facilities District (RPFD). Serving on the RPFD Board since 2010, Daniel’s contributions as Board Treasurer from 2010 to 2016 and later as Board President until April 2023 have been instrumental in the district’s success. Prior to his involvement with RPFD, Daniel served on the Reach Foundation Board, where he played a pivotal role in raising funds for the design and construction of the REACH Museum. His dedication and financial expertise significantly contributed to the museum’s completion despite challenges along the way. Daniel’s deep understanding of finance and his commitment to the REACH’s mission have greatly benefited the RPFD, making him an esteemed member within the Reach Foundation and RPFD community. Beyond his board service, Daniel has been actively involved in numerous civic activities, including his long-standing membership in the Pasco-Kennewick Rotary Club, where he has held positions such as Club Treasurer and President. His involvement in organizations like the Pasco Vocational Building Programs, Washington Society of CPAs, and YMCA of the Lower Columbia further demonstrates his commitment to community service. As a CPA at Baker & Giles PS CPAs since 1979, Daniel brings a wealth of expertise and experience to his various roles. A proud graduate of WSU Pullman with a BA in Business Administration and a specialization in Accounting, Daniel is not only dedicated to his profession but also a passionate supporter of the Cougs.
